Such a big topic in our society. Everybody struggles with it , yet a lot of times instead of addressing the issue and helping each other out, we choose to ignore it. I am a 16 year old teenage girl who struggles with acne. How my skin looks will determine my mind set, confidence and mood for the day to come. I hate that something so superficial plays such a big part in my life. As said in my last post I am currently living in spain and here the girls wear very little to no makeup on a daily basis. Also their skin in general is very clear, due to amount of sun they have. So lately I have been feeling very down about my skin. However I realised that a blemish that will play such a big part of my day, might not even be noticeable by others. We are all so caught up in our own insecurities we forget to appreciate the little things. So please next time you get insecure about something, remember it’s mostly in your head and those people who seriously judge you for a superficial “flaw”, are not people you want around you anyway. You do you!!
